International Ski Instructors Alliance

The CSIA, CASI, PSIA, AASI, BASI and NZSIA are all members of the International Ski Instructors Alliance (ISIA), which is the world body for ski and snowboard instructors. The ISIA was formed in 1959 and has 30 member nations. Despite each national body having their own teaching methods and ski and snowboard certification system, qualifications gained through their courses have international recognition.
